In order to ensure, the safety of children, young people, vulnerable adults, other participants and BABA members, spectators/members of the public (if any) involved in an event, this document can be used

  • When conducting activities at an event supported, run or organised by BABA
  • When BABA collaborates on such events with other organisations
  • Or can be adapted by BABA members for their own use at any event which they are organising, e.g. a forge-in

This document:

  • Is designed to be completed by the overall organiser of the event. Records key organisations/personnel involved, their roles and contact details.
  • Is for guidance only and not all sections will necessarily be applicable. If not applicable, please leave blank. Every effort has been made to cover potential scenarios but please feel free to adjust your own particular situation.
